"Yes. Its a stable and flexible work environment. But I don't think this is a good place to grow and move up the career ladder so it is important to come in at a decent salary and because the promotions and raises are rare and small."

"They don't take your compensation and area where you live into consideration. The cost of living does not matter.
They hire you with one set expectation and territory only to drastically change territory, compensation, and expectations annually - no security."
