"BG has never shown any bias against women that I have seen. Our leadership board has 5 out of 12 positions held by strong women and our middle management has several women leaders as well. BG encourages internal promotion over external hiring where/when possible.
Outside of lab personnel, we work remotely allowing for flexibility in schedules. For our lab personnel, we have dedicated spaces that allow for pumping after they return from maternity leave (no having to sit in a bathroom stall!). "
