"I worked with mostly women in marketing, logistics, sales and operations. Even our product teams had many women (including in leadership roles). The executive team is actively working to bring in more women into c-level leadership roles as they open up. They have more work to do, but I've seen great progress and a culture of willingness to improve. "

"Bazaarvoice is going through a transition, which has caused lay-offs, growing pains, and strategy/focus confusion. However, they are also trying to compete for talent in the Austin tech space and do so competitively. If you can go with the flow, remain flexible and not let the uncertainty or lack of growth opportunities get you down, then you will be rewarded with a great culture that respects work-life balance."

"Very flexible, but no PTO/Maternity leave for remote moderators; other positions may have these benefits but I'm not sure. All of my direct superiors are women."
