"It appears that Banco Do Brasil Americas has jobs that appear to be permanent, but in reality are just temp jobs. The reason for that is due to it being a small company, they need to hire people when their regular employees go on maternity leave. I am not 100% certain of this though, that is why I say appears.
Due to the paragraph above, be prepared that what you think is a permanent role you might only be there for a few months."
