"This is a law firm and employees are required to bill. Unlike many law firms with a monthly and/or annual billable requirement, BBWG required a daily billable to be met, which is difficult to meet at slower times. A significant plus is that this employer will often allow for a 4 day/week schedule (with pay cut) for women with families."
