"Easier to be flexible day-to-day in internal positions, but there are formalized programs in client facing roles that allow us to work 3 or 4 days a week - sometimes you need to be willing to shift which days of the week those are week to week or month to month."

"Top management believes in greater value coming from diversity, and focuses on ensuring an inclusive culture for women in this traditionally male-dominated world of consulting. We're not perfect yet, and practices will somewhat vary from one office / region to the next, but overall I feel valued and supported as a woman at BCG."

"Practices somewhat vary from one office / region to the next, but as a general rule - I believe at BCG you are the master of your schedule, and the more you take this responsibility to manage your work vs. life commitments, the more satisfied you are! BCG offers great opportunities for people on consulting track (flex leaves, secondments, etc.), but also career shifts to other functions within the firm."
