"I didn’t notice any difference between female and male employees.
For anyone, I recommend avoiding the toxic research/clinical trials department. Department severely lacks in training and quality leadership and management.
Otherwise, the company is great overall. I can’t speak for other specific departments, though. The mission is inherently good and generally attracts decent people. "

"I really enjoy working for this organization. All of my managers so far have been women (and it seems like this is always increasing) and while each has a different management style, they all have been encouraging growth and pushing me to be the best employee I can be. The company offers a great mentorship program as well. "
