"Good company to work with great benefits and a lot of women in leadership roles. However, due to nature of company inter-personal relationships were difficult and actual work is not exciting. Needs are more profit-driven than member-driven. "

"Don't. Women have returned from maternity leave and been immediately fired as soon as it became legal for the company to do so. Medical issues are dismissed, which is ironic given that it is a behavioral health company. There is extremely high turnover at every level, including the c-suite, where they routinely hire more men than women despite having ample opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to equity and parity. Women are asked to perform free emotional labor, like heading committees and running professional development, without compensation."

"The company states that they are flexible, but it really comes down to your individual manager and their whims. Sometimes they say yes when they're in a good mood, sometimes they say no when they've decided they don't like you, and sometimes two people on the same team get dramatically different treatment for no explainable reason other than manager mood."

"In October 2018, the CEO announced 4 weeks of paid leave, but when people tried to actually take the leave, no one in HR had clear information about what they should do."

"Most managers here have less clinical experience than their subordinates, have never done the job they supervise, and are primarily focused on compliance than actually supporting the people who do the difficult in-person work with members experiencing mental health crises."

"They are not family friendly. While there are lots of women in leadership positions, there is very little flexibility from my department head (a man) in terms of work hours, remote working, or schedule shifting for family related emergencies. Or if there is you are retaliated against for using it. It's discriminatory. To make it worse myet supervisor (female) commits feminist crime by not supporting her female employees and being out for herself."

"All paid leave was PTO or short term disability, not actual company paidoes leave. Had I not had PTO and elected to enroll in the short term disability benefit it would have all been unpaid "
