"Belmont Village Senior Living was founded by a woman and continues to be led by women in Senior Leadership positions. The company culture and day to day operation is led from a common sense, compassionate, hands on approach from the top down. I have worked here in various management capacities for over 10 years and appreciate the companies commitment to the development and growth of employees in every level of the operation. "

"The management is mostly women, which I like. I come from a male dominated industry and it’s definitely easier working for women."
