"The company pays higher than competitors in the NYC metro area, but in my personal experience women and men are not promoted at equal rates or compensated equally."

"This is a wonderful place to work if you are just starting your career, if you are looking to make a move to a new field and you are under 35 years old. The people, experience, and culture are better than I have ever experienced. It is a wonderful, supportive company that elevated women to leadership.
If you are over 35, it is an incredible opportunity for which your tenacity, patience, and humility will be challenged daily. You contribution will be associated with your age and years of experience. Respected, but limited in relevance. Your current experience and perspective will be always colored by preconceived notions, and you’ll need to concentrate on changing perceptions everyday. "
