"Bidwells operate an agile working policy which gives people much more flexibility and a good work life balance.
They are really working hard to reduce the gender pay gap and make Bidwells a really inclusive employer, with their diversity and inclusion programme 'Belong at Bidwells'.

"Hierarchical and old school. Unfortunately women are not given the same opportunity throughout their career as men, despite many of them being more qualified and experienced than their male peers. "
