"Certain departments are better run than others. If you’re going into sales, beware that they are pretty cut throat about you making your numbers. If you don’t, you’re gone by end of month. Marketing is a mixed bag. One particular individual acts as if he cannot be fired even when they have purposely used company money for their own uses and lies when they are caught. The Executive team has work to do and one in particular doesn’t like doing dirty work and hands it off to someone else to give people hard news to not reck his cool dude image. Training is sub par and often not tailored to department so you’ll have someone in marketing learning the same tactics as marketing. Finance is incompetent and like the rest of the company has high turnover and left scrambling to reorganize. There are NO written processes so everything is ’tribal knowledge.’ SO with high turnover, it creates problems. "
