"This a heavily male dominated company. Very few senior leadership roles exist for women. There are less than .5% roles filled by BIPOC at any level. They say they are making changes to create a better balance at the senior level but their actions speak louder than their words.
Be prepared to work twice as hard with less pay and your business decisions will be challenged more times than not, whereas your male counterparts will be given a pass."
