"If you're in Charleston and want to stay in CHS - jump on board. If you live in another city, you probably have better options for work now, and for the ability to be promoted in the long run. "

"Flexibility definitely depends on your team and role. Some teams are VERY family friendly, and are fine with remote work or flex hours for drs visits etc. Some teams are much less flexible. "

"Maternity leave policy is pretty good (8 weeks paid 100% + up to 4 weeks paid at 70%). Mother's rooms in offices are ok. Many women in leadership positions."

"Do your research before accepting an offer. Where you land will predict your future with this company, i.e., division and location. There is absolutely no growth for remote employees."

"Flexibilty at this employer depends on the role, but you will find few examples of women who have families in the higher ranks of the organization. The culture within professional services favors those that are right out of college and without families. "
