"Although from the outside, BGC seems like a very empowering organization to work for, the internal culture is toxic and harmful. It was one of the worst job experiences of my entire career. Leadership leads through fear. Staff is afraid of taking accountability due to the wrath they face if something goes wrong. It is a harmful place to work. "
