"maternity leave policies are fair and the culture is one of excellence however the industry is still very much a boys' club and lacks sponsorship of women"

"I believe women are treated fairly at the firm however you see few progressing to very senior levels particularly in front office roles due to dedication, hours and travel required as well as a lack of flexible working."
