Not particularly family friendly. Most staff is young (under 30) and do not have children. Not a lot of respect for boundaries or outside of work responsibilities. For example, would be required to work weekends with minimal notice without comping time to make up for it.

I've worked here for 10+ years and I generally think men and women are treated equally. They give 9 weeks of paid maternity leave which by European standards is pitiful, but compared to other U.S. companies it's not bad at all.

6 weeks paid leave, 6 months unpaid leave. Pfizer offers consulting services and a private nurse to meet with during pregnancy. Pfizer also has very good health benefits.
