"Its a French bank and if you are a French white man you will be fine. There is a big push for diversity and women in leadership however it is very dependent on which team you are in and how 'French' the team is. The closer the Head Office (Paris) the less diversity and opportunities for non-French / non-White staff (men and women)."

"Gender pay gap is not addressed, zero transparency. HR partners perpetuate the wrong culture... Vacations are great, however as a woman my advice is to avoid this company. "
