"While there are women in leadership, more opportunities exist for women to enter mid-level management roles. There does appear to be an active effort to develop women in leadership opportunities. "

"As an intern I can't speak for how this company treats its female employees long term but at the two locations I have worked at so far, they are very fair to all employees and don't shy from having women in technical and leadership roles. They seem to actively seek women when filling open positions."
