"One thing I enjoy and appreciate about working for Brady is the emphasis placed on core values (that align with my own) and tying them to core competencies. Values such as "win the right way," "be better ever day," and "unlock potential in yourself and others" clearly align with my own core values. "

"There is an impressive number of women working in the marketing, tech, development, and digital departments. The leadership, however, is not diverse at all: almost entirely male, and entirely caucasian. And their decisions affect the direction and intention of the company."
