"There are policies in place that allow work-from home arrangements (depending on manager). And, there is an option for summer hours. The best thing about the place, at least when I worked there (2 years ago) is their vacation policy. They went from being one of the stingiest employers I know to being the most generous and they don't just count your experience working at Bunge - they count all "real-world" working experience (wouldn't count you working at McDonald's during H.S., but do consider first job out of college). When I left I had "20+ years of experience" and had 7 weeks of PTO."
