"Family oriented, but poorly run. Owner and sons never agree, and pull some questionable maneuvers and try to make employees do the dirty work. If you push back, they tend to sometimes listen. You have to be smart and watch your back. You definitely leave each day knowing you are smarter than 99% of everyone at work, so there is a positive! "
