"Tons of opportunity to learn and grow through continuing education and resource groups. At the same time, it doesn't seem like there's a lot of internal promotions.
Compared to other federal contractors my coworkers and I have worked for, CACI feels more a regular employer in terms of company culture and involvement. The overall benefits package is also better.
Be sure to negotiate your salary.

"CACI can be very generous with respect to work/life balance depending on the contract you are working. On my current contract I can very easily flex my hours around appointments and days when I need to be out of the office. "
