    Customer service quality is affected by our inability to fix IT problems and other broken materials efficiently to give our workplace a flawless appearance. They expect you to make the ship run smoothly when they don't even give you the best tools to do so. Overlap of job responsibilities is also a minor issue. Manager is split into two managing roles.
