"Run! Unless you are very new to the workforce and are just trying to get some experience.
If you are mid management or higher, do NOT, work here. You will not fit the profile of the <40Male, married with young kids employee. If you are NOT cis-gender you will find policies cater to you... but do not expect to be promoted.

"I was a remote worker... in a department where that was NOT the norm. I was frequently left out of meetings and conversations that directly affected my work due to my remote status.
Also, when I commented about it, I was sent a copy of an article about how to be a better remote employee.... (I had been remote for more than a decade with another company... !)"

"keep your expectations in check.
Being LGBTQ and in the target age range of 25-35 will absolutely enhance your career opportunities here. /
This is a company that believes in hiring young, providing lunch instead of more $$ and having a "come as you are" work place dress code. They aspire to be considered a trendy tech company...
The turnover is extremely high... so be prepared for a constantly changing landscape"
