"Great diversity in certain departments with women leaders. Some departments have minority women leaders in the roles while other departments are behind in hiring minority women in higher leadership positions. "

"It depends on the role & department you are in. Some departments allow more flexibility than other departments. If you are in IST you will have more flexibility as they are hybrid employees vs the on-site departments. "
