"You need to be strong and set boundaries. There is a subculture of women in this company that are bullies for lack of a better word. Know yourself, set your course, and have the courage of your convictions."

"You better have a THICK skin and the ability to bite your lip when being yelled at. She will try to embarrass you in front of other employees and your team, so do know that going into this position. For me, it wasn't worth the emotional bullying."

"This manager will break HR policies and leave whenever she wants. She absolutely knows how to assign work but is not supportive when it comes to allocating fair deadlines or viewing workload as reasonable. This could be accomplished if she wasn't busy taking so much personal time out of the office. She is late for meetings constantly because of teeth cleanings or just simply not respecting your time."
