"This is a great place to grow and develop, but you have to be responsible and proactive about your development. Don't sit back and wait for someone to notice you. If you want a promotion, say so. Work for it. This is advice I'd give any woman working for an company. "

"All you have to do is ask. So often I hear people complain about things, but they have never actually approached the issue and asked the questions or bothered to work towards solutions. In my experience, the company is very open to new ideas, hearing people out, and finding solutions. Maybe more so then they need to be. "

"A new parental leave policy was implemented in 2018 allowing 6 weeks paid maternity leave plus another 6 weeks paid bonding leave. The company is also very flexible about allowing time off through the paid open vacation policy and providing some flexible work arrangements like telecommuting. "
