"There's more women than men who work here and the men who do work here are all so polite and nice. So far it's been a great culture. When we hit a financial milestone, they sent a gift to everyone in the company. They also improved our benefits to 100% for employees and 80% for dependents. They're very transparent during all hands and everyone in the company is approachable. They mean it when they say "no jerks" policy. "
