"The company is small and can be somewhat toxic. Because they are not well known or established in life sciences consulting, there seems to be a need to compensate with overworking people and doing unnecessary extra work. If you work here, you will likely have difficulty with work-life balance, because you will still be contacted and expected to do things on your days off."
