"I've worked here for 3 years and there are a lot of women working here, but predominantly in support roles, other than in property management. Those in the marketing department are viewed as an extension of the administrative staff, rather than a strategic business partner for the sales team."

"Alot of females work here however the work life balance isnt here. You work the hours they want you to and schedules change quite often depending on what account you are on."
