"Senior leadership makes decisions without considering logistic from those actually working in their specific departments.
Loyalty and hard work will not be rewarded. Raises are infrequent. While staff may have similar titles, the workload and pay for those titles is uneven.
There is such high turnover it is impossible to know who to go to to help for tasks. "
