"While there are women in some leadership roles, they seem to have joined the “boys club” mentality and are much harder on female employees than male counterparts. In many departments, women (especially young women) stay stagnant and are not given any flexibility while the men seem to grow rapidly."

"My manager did not get along with any of her multiple female reports. It felt like there was a competition between us and that she was nervous someone would out perform her and steal her job. There was no attempt to grow strong female employees. Whenever someone attempted to get a promotion or increased pay, we were met with comments about how my manager had to struggle and we don’t know what struggle is. In order for her to want to promote anyone, she thought we had to suffer as much as she did getting to her role."
