"It is an amazing company to work for. My contributions to it's purpose gives me a since that what I do makes a difference in the world. The products the company produces are essential to our way of living. In addition, they take good care of their employees."

"The policies are in place to support work life balance; however, many find themselves in a catch 22.
i.e. If I choose to go home or take an unplugged vacation my work is overwhelming when I return for all the deliverables and deadlines from so many different functions and goals. So let me continue working into late hours until it's completed. If I work, work, work away and complete things. I get more things that require me to complete. The Work-Life Balance intensions are there and in writing but the amount of deliverables can make it impractical to attain."
