"The recruitment is essentially bait and switch. This is purely a staff aug shop and you are not an employee in any real sense. If you get placed on a difficult client with high attrition, you are thrown under the bus and expected to do more and more work on an ever shrinking team with zero appreciation under constant threat of contract termination."
