      "The sharp elbows in this place are so new to me. You may feel like its a flexible workplace initially, but in order to stay secure in your role you will need to hustle more than in other places. There is a re-org every three months or so and the people who get cut are often the ones who don't play office visibility politics. It's exhausting. "
