"It's fine being a woman here. It's not fine being an employee. Leadership sucks. When you talk to them like adults, they can not handle it. It's worthless coming to them about real workplace problems such as: harassment, retaliation, bullying, ect. Because nothing gets done and you end up being the bad guy and treated unfairly."
