"I have worked at other healthcare systems, and Christiana was one of the best. Lots of learning & growth opportunities here. I took advantage and received my masters and was promoted. It was a great experience. "

"It seems like the perfect job, good pay, flexible time, and it's never a dull moment but you'll be subjected to blatant racism, favoritism and the overall job weighs down on your mental health."

"Nice balance of men and women. Colleagues truly care about what they do. Continuously improving culture and mindset. Pay seems to be comparable for the industry. I think needs improvement in leadership mentoring and resolving a few challenges."
