"This is the most supportive work environment I have ever experienced. They care about you as a person and acknowledge that you have a family/personal life. I'm encouraged to take care of myself and trusted as an expert in my field; that I will do my job as best as I can every day. "

"The company started as female owned and many in the C-Suite are women. I came to this company for the flexibility it offers me as a working mother. They use incredible technology and have places a heavy emphasis on internal career growth and training courses for professional growth and development. This company is EEO for woman, minorities and LGBTQ."

"There are a number of women in senior positions across Cielo. Including the CEO and GM of North America. It is, however, a tough environment and every discussion centers on the margins and not necessarily what is best for the client."
