"Don’t be fooled by the number of women in leadership positions; the culture and decision-making is all done by the loudest/most confident (not most competent) voices in the room, which are usually the men. Despite having so many ‘EdTech veterans’ in leadership positions, no one seems to realize market fit still has not been well established despite accepting $150 million from VCs, so it will be a long, hard road ahead."
