"This is a small startup that has its heart in the right place and is making conscious choices to hire and promote women. The leadership team is 50% women and the CEO (who is a man) is wonderful to work for. He really wants the company to be a great place to work for everyone who joins and isn't afraid to have honest conversations about what is and more importantly is NOT working. The company isn't perfect (but really, is there such a thing?), but it's working hard to always be getting better.
A few things that make this a particularly great place for women to work are the benefits (full health care coverage for your entire family), the unlimited time off (and this isn't just something they say - they actually want you to take vacation), and the flexibility to work remotely."
