"The culture is welcoming to women overall. Great benefits with United Healthcare, Delta Dental and lots of voluntary benefits like Long-term care, homeowners insurance, pet insurance. Time off policies are really good-Paid Parental leave is new and working great."

"Clear channel has no maternity policy. Employees are required to take out disability insurance and then claim that their childbirth is a form of disability. The company provides 6 weeks and then you are expected to be back at your desk. "
