      "Steer clear. They do not respect women or pay them fairly, and they have a bullying culture. They will only care about optimizing your efficiency and controlling you, not supporting you or treating or paying you fairly."

      "I would tell another woman that the all-male leadership’s decisions and practices are exclusionary and the culture suffers because of it. Women are not treated with respect nor are they valued and that is reflected in the high turnover rate for women. Opportunities for advancement into leadership as a woman are non-existent. "
