"Men are highly favored in this establishment especially if you are close with the General manager who is a Misogynist. They don’t listen to your opinion if your a female employee and male employees also receive the most amount of hours to make money. Male employees get the most support from management on completing job responsibilities and trust. Male employees can make executive decisions without Managment consent or knowledge although female employees get retaliated against if management discovers a decision was made on their behalf. "
