"If you’re going to work onsite, make sure your commute isn’t too far because some departments only offer very little flexibility. Some leadership are very supportive of mothers and some aren’t at all, so ask around if you can."

"If you can take a remote position with the company, do so. Those are the only truly flexible positions. Otherwise, leadership is pretty strict and uncaring for mothers—even (and sometimes especially) female members of leadership."
