"There are a lot of amazing professional women who work here. It's not an even split at the highest levels, but the senior executives know that this is an issue and are conscientiously working to change that."

"Concentrix is a company with opportunity no matter who you are. Many of our leadership roles are filled with strong females who aren't intimidated by other strong females and help us develop our careers to suit our abilities and dreams. We have a network of women (NOW) program that really lifts each other up and supports our development in commerce."

"Concentrix is a company where my leader trusts me and gives me full reign to complete projects and work with great flexibility. Because of this on days I don't have meetings, I start working closer to mid morning and end closer to the traditional 5 PM time and then spend a couple of hours later in the evening working- when I am most energetic. I am so grateful not to be put into a rigid box and I work hard to make sure I don't break that trust."
