"I'd say that The Concord Consortium is overall a friendly place for women. Flexible hours, wonderful benefits, and very supportive HR and CEO. A number of people who work here are women and parents -- the CEO is a working parent and "gets it." Sometimes employees chose to work long hours because they are interested in their projects, but I think there is overall a culture of work hard / play hard. I thought that their response to COVID was fantastic because they looked into the CARES Act and took time to make sure employees understood their options while exercising shelter in place. A few perks are fun holiday parties in which they hand out office swag, goofy colleagues and pot lucks at the All Hands Meeting, and a chance to participate in a number of small group interest meetings."
