      "Don't do it, the name looks good on your resume but that's about it. It's not worth the toxicity and mental toll it can take on you if you end up in the wrong department with the wrong manager as HR will do nothing and you will end up leaving anyway. "

      "At times, men underestimate their female coworkers; people in management give notes like "smile more" or "be nicer in slack messages," which just mean use emojis, which are not notes men receive; and depending on the brand, there can be a lot of gossip and two-faced behavior."
