"As employed there for almost 5 years, my biggest challenge was engagemwnt with a customer. I get too involved on helping, I am a problem solver. My worst enemy is "is there anything else I can do for you?". Yeah I contemplate myself whether to build rapport with the customer or focus on the efficiency of company metrics. And this is something that this company in my opinion is not looking for. I was also looking for more opportunities in advancement but because of those numbers mainly calls per hour or handle time, were never met, it was not sufficient enough for me to explore other position. It was reverse for me, instead of trying to find a better position that was right for me."

"Review the role you are looking to apply to thoroughly. There are some great departments with individuals that will be focused on your growth, however, there are also areas which are very toxic."
