"The Pay is $14 an hour. I wouldn’t recommend this job unless you have no kids and no bills. Probably ideal for a high school student or as a second or third job. You are required to use your own equipment. You are berated for not getting at least 1 transfer every hour of your shift at this call center. The manager will publicly shame you to your peers in the team discord chat. Your manager also has access to your PERSONAL computer screen and can see everything you do. There is no PTO, sick days or paid holidays. No commission, bonuses or tips of any kind. You get 50 minutes of paid breaks during your shift. This includes all restroom breaks, lunch, getting kids from the bus, getting a drink etc."
